04 April 2007.
The Bty Commander Maj A. Rogers R.A. invited members of the of the R.A.A. to meet with the Director Royal Artillery, Brigadier Colin Tadier in the Gunners Arms, on his visit to the battery.
Those in attendance were two ex BC's Major's Roger McKenna, Neil McCabe, also former O.P. officers; Major Neil Dowdney now with CVHQ, Capt's John Muse, Gerry Churchouse, ex BSM Derek Driscoll and Mr. Michael Roach both ex GVA. The battery turn out was good and a very good curry was served by the B.Q.M.S. Steve Wakefield afterwards in the BUOTC bar.
